For 20-minute oral presentations at the NESAT XV Conference, please note the following guidelines:
- Language: English (preferred) or German (with English subtitles)
- Presentation Format: Power Point
- Font Size: Please use a large font size of 18 pt or bigger for optimal readability.
Poster presentations guidelines:
- Language: English (preferred) or German (with English subtitles)
- Required poster layout and dimensions: 90 x 63 cm in portrait format
- Include the title of the paper, the authors’ names and their affiliations at the top of the poster
- The poster should include the NESAT logo, available here in .jpg and in .eps formats
- Text font should be legible, we recommend the use of fonts similar to Arial for optimal clarity. The text size should not be less than 14 pt
- Make sure that both text and illustrations are easily readable from a distance of 1.5 metres
- Prepare poster designs for printing in PDF format
- Submit your poster designs via e-mail at nesat15warsaw@uw.edu.pl by the end of April 2024. Organisers will print all posters on a sturdy exhibition material and display them in the Entrance Hall to the venue building before the conference begins.
The presence of authors at their posters will be required during the posters session to facilitate discussion on their work. However, posters will be displayed throughout the conference, and additional discussion can take place during the coffee breaks and before/after the proceedings.
